Investigation of Interface Oil Insufficiency in a Strain Gauge Type Pressure Sensor

چکیده
Strain gauge type pressure sensors are widely used in different branches of industry to measure from very low high (1400 Mpa) values. This article investigates a strain sensor that uses silicon oil within its housing transmit working the external environment sensing plate. An important failure mode arises loss/leakage oil, whereby portion internal volume is replaced by gas, usually air. Coupled nonlinear governing equations have been derived and solved both static dynamical states describe behavior membrane, interface including pockets Nonlinear plate membrane midplane stretching, course gas. The resulting model describes how loss affects performance changes output measurable range.

investigation of (meta)discourse markers in elt coursebooks
the present study aimed to investigate representation of discourse markers and metadiscourse markers in conversations and readings of general elt coursebook series used in the language centers of iran. to this aim, four elt coursebooks popularly taught in language centers of this country were analyzed based on fung and carter’s (2007) framework regarding discourse markers and hyland’s (2005) fr...
Modeling of capacitance and sensitivity of a MEMS pressure sensor
In this paper modeling of capacitance and sensitivity for MEMS capacitive pressure sensor is presented. In capacitive sensor the sensitivity is proportional to deflection and capacitance changes versus pressure. Therefore first the diaphragm displacement, capacitance and sensitivity of sensor with square diaphragm have been modeled and then simulated using finite element method (FEM). It can b...

BACKGROUND The purpose of this study was to investigate postoperative intraocular pressure (IOP) in cases of silicone oil (SO) removal when using 25-gauge transconjunctival sutureless vitrectomy (TSV) with oblique incisions. METHODS We enrolled ten consecutive eyes with SO removal (SO group) and eleven consecutive eyes with idiopathic epiretinal membrane (ERM) as the initial vitrectomy (ERM g...
